The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 218 An                        
Act relating to the crime of murder and to murder of children and              
recommended it be replaced with                                                
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 218(FIN) An Act                                        
relating to the crimes of murder, manslaughter, and                            
criminally negligent homicide; relating to homicides                           
of children; and relating to the crime of interference                         
with custody of a child or incompetent person.
